“Artichoke Dip”

on:Hi everyone, it was so nice to see familiar faces at our class kick off, and some new ones too. We had a blast as always and plenty of snacks!!! Julie had her famous shortbread cookies(never get tired of them yum). Cindy’s table was full of Mike n Ikes. Vivina had nuts(because she’s nutty j/k). Michelle and I had an artichoke dip that everyone seemed to enjoy, so I decided to post the recipe.
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
2 jars of artichokes drained(about 2 cups)
mix all ingredients pour into a pyrex and bake for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with either crackers or french bread cut in cubes. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!
