Sandy’s Cute Disney Project
Posted April 4, 2008
on:This project by Sandy is so creative! She used different sized paper plates to create a “Mickey” frame for her three photos. The project also uses cute Mickey themed patterned papers. I just wish I could have managed a better photo. But since this one isn’t the best, you’ll just have to check it out in person next time you’re in the store (it’s near the Disney stuff).
The new QuicKutz Release
Posted April 4, 2008
on:So have you all seen or heard about the new Around the World QK dies that were recently released? They are all so cool, especially if you’re a traveler. But even if you’re not, check out the Country collections. They have some very cute and fun shapes that I am sure any of you can incorporate into a layout, card, or project. The best thing about these Cookie Cutter Collections is that they come PRE-FOAMED. That’s right! Open the package, pop on your Revolution, and begin to cut away. I am so glad they did this!!!! Here’s what’s out right now:
50 US states on 2×2 dies
15 countries 2×2 dies
14 country collection Cookie Cutter sets
3 travel related GooseBumpz dies
25 Country flag digital designs for the Silhouette
Map and globe digital designs for the Silhouette
And QK’s blog is teasing about an April 18th Silhouette release and a May release that are also geared towards this Around the World theme. Hmmmm … I wonder what else they could release. Any thoughts?
added note: these sets require a special order, so if you come in and don’t see them, ask someone at the register. They can show you the catalog and get you started on your form.
