Do you like camping?  Do you have pictures you still need to scrap?  Or maybe you’re going camping soon.  Judy and I just had our Quickutz Campin’ Out class, and we made some extra kits.  There are a few available at the store.  If you live out of the area but are coming to the store for Shop Hop, you might check it out.  The kit is $48 and includes a two-page layout, a 5 x 10 chipboard mini book, and the Quickutz roasting stick die!

Check out some of the other classes under the classes section.  There’s a lot of great classes coming up.  You can sign up and reserve a spot or kit with a credit card over the phone.

Thanks – Barbara

In the store today are three great lines from Karen Foster. One called “State Fair” has paper that looks like hay, paper with the traditional pigs and cows (cartoon like) and the blue ribbon paper. It is coordinated with matching stickers and wood embellishments. There was not much of this lineleft so I did not take a picture of it.

However, there is another fun line (which I purchased) called “School and School Field Trip.” The paper has a blackboard which says “Back to School” written with chalk and other grade school babble. A red paper with a school bus, a number 2 pencil paper, a paper with various backpacks, the standard alphabet paper, and a “School Paisley” paper. Of course there are matching stickers! And too cute license plates. I paired these up with some ribbon (different manufacturer) which resembles a chalkboard and states “Reading, Writing and Arithmetic School Days…” The other item in the picture is from Creative Imaginations. They are epoxy stickers. This paper will make cute Back to School Cards for your child’s teacher. The new Scrapbook Trends are in the store too. The  Scrapbook Trends Cards has Teacher Cards, and the traditional Scrapbook Trends has a couple of cards in there too. Turn to page 86 to see “the cutest” apple card! I have to make these for my kids teachers. What a nice way to start out the school year!

Karen Foster also has a new Thanksgiving line. Fun papers and cute three dimensional stickers!

I just love the colors of the fall papers. The burnt orange, rusts, nutmeg browns, golden yellows, and rich greens. Fall is one of my favorite seasons with the changing of the trees and the blowing breezes and pumpkins! The glow in the sky… Happy Creating! -Susan B.

If you want to see a good Love Story Movie.. I recommend “LOVE IN THE TIME OF CHOLERA”, well last night we finally saw this video I rented about two weeks ago, I rented because Oprah loved the book, I think it was in her book club, anyways the movie was very good, if you can find time try to see it. . . .
